Peraki jõgi (malai keeles Sungai Perak; سوڠاي ڤيرق) on jõgi Malaisias, Peraki osariigis. See on Pahangi jõe järel pikkuselt teine jõgi Malaka poolsaarel.

Jõe kaldal asuvad mitmed linnad, sealhulgas Kuala Kangsar. Enamik tänase Peraki osariigi asulaid asus jõe ääres kuni 19. sajandini, mil tinamaardlate avastamise tõi kaasa elanikkonna paiknemise kaugemale sisemaale, eelkõige Ipohi.
