Mulle tundub, et see pole kontekstis tingimata vale, kuna fraasiga attribute the work ei peeta silmas ainult autori äranäitamist (vt litsentsi täistekst 4.b). Kas oskad paremat originaalist mittehälbivat tõlget välja pakkuda?

Aga punkt 4 c ütleb

Ja kui lühidalt siis by ehk see Attribution by tähendab You let others copy, distribute, display, and perform your copyrighted work — and derivative works based upon it — but only if they give credit the way you request.

Jah, vabandust, 4c-d mõtlesin hoopis. and/or tähendab, et ei pruugi, viidatata võib tarvis olla hoopis (või ka) teatud osapooltele. Ja fraas attribute the work viitab minu arusaamist mööda ka järgnevatele puktidele (ii), (iii) ja (iv). Pikne 27. juuli 2010, kell 22:51 (EEST)

tekst vajab endiselt selget ja pikemat lahtikirjutamist (vähemalt seni, kuni meil pole eestikeelset allikteksti kuhu viidata) aga muide selle litsentsi sisusse süvenedes on selge et vähemalt seda litsentsi ei saa piltidele tagantselja panna -- Ahsoous 27. juuli 2010, kell 23:02 (EEST)
